Promote overall well-being, sexual and reproductive health and rights of Transgender and Gender Diverse Communities with focus on sustainable access to ethical, quality and multi-disciplinary Transgender health interventions.

Provide access to a continuum of ethical mental health and psychosocial support services to TGD communities towards an optimal quality of life. 

Develop and promote Philippine Standards of Care and related policies that support Transgender and Gender Diverse health interventions

Provide a collaborative platform for learning and exchange of knowledge among professionals and other stakeholders on Transgender and Gender Diverse health interventions.

• Organize fora for scientific updates on Transgender and Gender Diverse health services provision on the overall well-being, sexual and reproductive health and rights of Transgender and Gender Diverse Communities with focus on sustainable access to quality and multi-disciplinary Transgender health interventions.

Initiate and support collaborative researches and develop knowledge products for and by TGD communities 

• Develop publications and social behavior communication strategies

Foster actions related to TGD communities’ visibility, representation, public acceptance, and respect for their dignity and health rights.

• Public awareness and understanding about TGD communities and their rights, and the available interventions and support services.
